Is my handheld device compatible with PocketBilling 4.0?
Apple Macintosh users: Is my Apple Macintosh computer compatible with PocketBilling 4.0?
PocketBilling is compatible with most current Palm and PocketPC handhelds.
PocketBilling 4.0 is designed to be compatible with Palm devices running Palm OS 4.0 through Palm OS 5.4.9. With Pocket PCs, our software has been developed for and tested with devices running PPC 2002 through Windows Mobile 5.
Provided that your mobile devices are running any of the above operating systems, PocketBilling software will run properly. With regards to the specific models you inquired about, Treo 755p runs Palm OS 5.4.9 and has a 320×320 screen and thus is fully supported by PocketMed. Treo 750s run Windows Mobile 6, in which Microsoft has opted to go for a 240×240 screen resolution that PocketMed does not currently support. We feel that the screen size is a little too small to allow easy, efficient navigation of form-driven mobile applications. We are currently working on a solution for these devices.
