The desktop is not synchronizing with the handheld. I have entered information on my Palm or Pocket PC and it doesn’t appear on the desktop or vice versa.
If you are having difficulty with information not synchronizing between your Palm or Pocket PC and the desktop, or vice versa follow these instructions:
1. Palm Users: Download the file below. Unzip the “Palm Conduit” file and install on your desktop. Install the “HanDBase RT.prc” file to your Palm. After the next synch, you should be able to enter information on either the Palm or the Desktop and you will have two way synchronization.

2. Pocket PC Users: Download the file below. Unzip the file and install on your desktop. After the next Active Sync, you should be able to enter information on either the Palm or Desktop and you will have a two way synchronization.
